Fees & Payments

- GST (Goods & Services Tax) applies where required by law.
Your Rights Under Australian Law
Nothing in these Terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a service we provide fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy.
Limitation of Liability
We take care in delivering our services, but to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage that may arise from using our services, unless required under the ACL.

You or we may end an agreement by giving written notice, in line with the terms of the signed agency agreement. Any fees or obligations already incurred will still apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or territory where the property is located, and any disputes will be handled by the courts in that jurisdiction.
